RONALD W. POTTER has many years of engineering experience, both with Hewlett-Packard and as an independent consultant. He is a well-known expert on the tools, techniques, and needs of the measurement community. He has a BSEE from the Univ. of Illinois, an MSEE from the University of Southern California, and has done additional graduate work at Stanford University.
