Stacy Michelson is an artist, illustrator, and a food journalist. After spending years working in restaurants and watching more food-related TV than she cares to admit, she turned her focus to researching and illustrating food stories for clients such as The Los Angeles Times, The BBC, KCRW Radio, and Cherry Bombe. Her fans on Instagram (@StacyMichelson) love her cooking tips, humorous videos, and whimsical style of food art, which she features on merchandise from prints to enamel pins. Stacy lives in sunny Los Angeles, always has room for dessert, never has space in her fridge, and is allergic to cats.
