The Subcommittee on Private Retirement Plans Of the Senate Committee on Finance has scheduled a public hearing on Septem ber 27, 1991, to review the Internal Revenue Code rules relating to private pension plans and possible Options for Simplification of pen sion plan rules. The hearing will focus on S. 1364, the Employee Benefits Simplification and Expansion Act of 1991, introduced by Senator Bentsen for Senator Pryor on June 25, 1991, and S. 318, introduced by Senator Packwood and others on January 31, 1991.
