About the Author

His scholarly research has appeared in prestigious journals such as Journal of International Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, Competitiveness Review, International Journal of Conflict Management, Cross-Cultural Management, and The Journal of East-West Business.
