Yangon, also known as Rangoon is the commercial city and largest city in Myanmar. Yangon is the country's main center for trade, industry, and real estate. media, entertainment, and tourism. If you go to Yangon, you will see some different cultures. Most of the local people spend their time at tea shops, found on any corner of the street in the city. In Yangon, supermarkets are more expensive than street markets. So people go shopping in the street market. The street markets stretch for 3 or 4 blocks and you can find everything such as meats, fish, vegetables, rice, snacks, hardware and tools, herbal medicines, and everything you can imagine. You can see the tailors and also you can get haircuts in the street market. They are open no matter what, rainy or hot or stormy, you can go there and shop. Me, I like to go to the local street market because I can see their daily life activities, different cultures, and traditions.
