Book Launch Party
Nix plans the vacation of a lifetime for herself and her best friend, Mary, who has a condition that would cut her life short. But by the time their visit to Greece is over, Nix has withdrawn from their friendship, and Mary has no idea why. Three years later, ironically, it is Nix who is dead and Mary is returning to Europe, where she will experience an awakening that allows her to understand how the past and the future are connected and to appreciate the freedom to live life adventurously. Gina Frangello (Slut Lullabies and My Sister's Continent) is the Sunday editor of The Rumpus.
