Virtual Event: Historical Romance Panel featuring Adriana Herrera, Harper St. George, Joanna Shupe & Jen Prokop

Join us for a virtual panel discussion on Women & Children First's Crowdcast Channel celebrating all things historical romance! This panel featuring Adriana Herrera, Harper St. George, Joanna Shupe will be moderated by Jen Prokop!

To help kick off the launch of our Romance Subscription service, we will be hosting this exciting panel inspired by one of the selections in our inaugural subscription box, A Caribbean Heiress in Paris by Adriana Herrera. For the event, Herrera has invited a few of her favorite romance writer friends to join her for the chat!

Adriana Herrera was born and raised in the Caribbean, but for the last 15 years has let her job (and her spouse) take her all over the world. She loves writing stories about people who look and sound like her people, getting unapologetic happy endings.

Harper St. George was raised in the rural backwoods of Alabama and along the tranquil coast of northwest Florida. It was a setting filled with stories of the old days that instilled in her a love of history, romance, and adventure. By high school, she had discovered the historical romance novel which combined all of those elements into one perfect package. She has been hooked ever since. She lives in the Atlanta area with her family.

Joanna Shupe is a USA Today Bestselling author. Shupe has always loved history, ever since she saw her first Schoolhouse Rock cartoon. Since 2015, her books have appeared on numerous yearly “best of” lists, including Publishers Weekly, The Washington Post, Kirkus Reviews, and BookPage. She currently lives in New Jersey with her two spirited daughters and dashing husband.

Jen Prokop Jen’s lifelong romance habit began in 7th grade when she found a bag of remaindered romance novels in her grandmother’s basement. Jen is cohost of the Fated Mates podcast, is a freelance romance editor, and reviews for Kirkus. She lives in Chicago. You can find Jen on Twitter or at
